Got to sleep about 9pm last night, but at 11pm they had their firworks show that woke me in a hurry.
Hit the road about 8:30am. Strong headwind in the morning but sunny and warm.
The afteroon turned cloudy and cool.
The hills in Ontario about as tough as BC but not as
high.
Had a hard time finding a place to stay at night
because a lot of the motels, restaurants
and campgrounds have closed.
Met this cyclist on the road from Halifax to Vancouver.
Easy to understand the instructions
One thing about the stores in the north country, they sell everything
This is a local garage, convenience store. They like to draw your attention
Arrived in Nipigon. The tourist info had wi-fi so I did a web page update.
Starting to get some nice scenery
When I finally found a place to stay, it was the Rossport Inn and they had a nice small cabin for me.
View from my cabin. Yes, those are train tracks.
My cabin for the night

I had fish for supper. Nice to get spoiled once in a while.
